PAYMENT TERMS
Payments through Credit Card or Check are accepted. Initial orders for new accounts need to be paid at time of shipping or (with prior approval) are given a net 15. For all reorders, we can set up a net 15 or net 30 payment schedule that fits best for you.
*If order payment is late, all future orders will need to be paid for before shipping product.
CHANGES TO ORDERS: All changes to orders must be made no later than 48hrs after initial order.
CANCELLATION POLICY: A cancellation of your order MUST be made within 48hrs of your initial order.
LATE PAYMENTS: Late payments are subject to a 5% late fee for every 30 days past due.

SHIPPING
All shipping costs are charged at time of shipment and will be included on your final invoice. Most orders will ship via FedEX, UPS & USPS. All options are available but please let us know your preference. Please notify us of any time-sensitive orders. Expedited
shipping is available at an additional cost.
Standard shipping rates will apply. For orders above $600, we will cover 50% of shipping costs.
Shipping/handling charges will be calculated and added to your order total when the order is ready to ship.
Although likely to ship sooner, please expect your order to ship within 1 - 3 weeks.

RETURNS, DAMAGES, AND REPAIRS
All of our products are handmade. Due to the nature of our production method, each product may vary slightly.
Please inspect all shipments upon arrival. If a damaged or defective shipment has occurred, please contact Corvidae at corvidaedd@gmail.com within 5 business days. Returned merchandise will be replaced with new merchandise asap. Returned merchandise will not be accepted if it is held for more than 15 days after receipt of delivery.
Wholesale merchandise may not be returned or exchanged. We only accept returns in the case of defective merchandise as noted above.
CUSTOMIZATION
Custom Orders: Like a design but want it to say your specific area, city, attraction? Email us at corvidaedd@gmail.com to discuss possibilities of customizing. There is a one time fee of $75 to design/customize your name drop wishes.
Have a specific image request you'd like to commission us to come up with specific to your store only? We can do that! A one time fee of $200-400 (depending on one or two colors) is required for your exclusive design. Please allow 4-9 weeks for completion of commission.
